| Manual Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password and you are unable to automatically have a new password mailed to you using the automated password reset, you may request a manual password reset. Please be sure to fill in all of the requested information. If you are using BitWise Professional, do not use this form. Please see your IT/System Administrator for a password reset. Instructions: You are required to provide both a current email address and the old email address associated with the account. If you do not remember your old email address, or you do not have an old email address but you have been unable to use the automated password reset, enter "manual" for your old email address. |
