Password Resets

If you have forgotten your password, you may request a new randomly-generated password. To ensure security and privacy, there is no way for us to retrieve your current password.

If you are using BitWise Professional, do not use either of these procedures; please see your IT/System Administrator for a password reset.

  • Automated Password Reset (Preferred): You may have a new password assigned to you via email, as long as the email address that you used to register with BitWise is still valid.

  • Manual Password Reset: If you no longer have access to the email account that you used when you registered with BitWise, you may have a new password manually assigned. This process can take up to 48 hours and may require additional validation.
