Our Security Procedures

To maintain security of customer information, we restrict access to your personal and account information to persons who need to know that information to provide you products or services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard information.

Non-Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any company or individual. The confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information will continue to be maintained consistent with this privacy notice even if you decide to close your account(s), your account becomes inactive, or when you otherwise cease to do interact with us.

Use of Collected Information

Information collected by us, no matter the source, can be used by us for the purposes of improving our service offerings (such as adding additional bandwidth or capability to the most-used services). We do not frequently use collected email addresses for mass mailing, but we reserve the right to do so under certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, information regarding a security vulnerability, information regarding extended outages, or announcements of major upgrades. Such mailings traditionally have occurred no more than twice per year, and will occur no more frequently than absolutely necessary.
