BitWise Routing Server
From BitWise DocuWiki
The BitWise Routing Server is a helper application for BitWise that allows multiple computers/users sharing an Internet connection using a router (i.e. sharing an Internet IP) to establish direct connections. The Routing Server is not needed if your router supports both TCP Punching and UDP Punching.
The Routing Server is needed for multiple users sharing a router due to the routers' handling of incoming connections. When a router receives an incoming connection, it must send that connection to one and only one computer on the network. The router can forward this connection to computer running the Routing Server, which can then determine the intended recipient and forward the connection to the correct computer on the network. In essence, the Routing Server directs incoming BitWise data to the correct computer on the network.
